The Thaw:
A Winter Cabaret

January 27, 2024

Braving the deepest chill, audience members and performers alike gathered at The Den Theatre to embrace the warmth of community. In the Den’s newly established cabaret space, packed full to the seams with guests, a merry assortment of ensemble members and artistic associates elicited several rounds of applause for their timely entertainment. Performances included recitations of favorite sonnets and musical performances paying tribute to love or spring’s first blooms.

As a special treat for attendees, the Impostors delivered a live, exclusive preview of songs from Dominick Vincent Alesia’s original musical, Helena & Hermia in the Enamored Odyssey. The evening proved a welcome retreat from the frigid temps and a cozy haven for accomplices seeking a taste of art and connection during a long winter’s stretch.
